Ordering Puzzled Pets is easy! Simply print, fill out, and send in our Mail Order Form. The form was designed for easy printing and/or faxing and complete instructions are included on the form. Click the graphic to the right to go directly to the form. |

How long will it take to receive my Puzzled Pets?
Your order will be shipped after we receive your completed order form and payment. You may specify on the Mail Order Form either standard delivery (2 - 3 weeks) or express delivery (within 7 business days). |

What options are available for the puzzles?
All of our puzzles are available with a varitety of finishes and preferences. Please see our Options page to see photo examples before placing your order. |

What is the difference between "unfinished", "finished", and "painted" puzzles?
Unfinished puzzles showcase the natural beauty of the wood and are not stained or varnished. Finished puzzles have been either stained, varnished, or both. Painted puzzles are crafted from a stock wood type then custom hand-painted to your specifications. Please see the Options page to view examples. |

What about custom orders?
Custom puzzles can be made if requested, but may require additional time and/or cost for production. Please contact Puzzled Pets with your ideas or questions. |
